I am pleased to review One Call Construction, which I hired to install a new roof on my three-story home in Newark, NJ. Other contractors that provided estimates were GAF Master Elite Contractors, offering the same Pro HDZ roofing package. However, One Call’s estimate was considerably lower than the others for the same GAF materials, and warranty. I selected One Call, because their estimate was unique in that it addressed the remediation of the home’s Yankee gutter system, and the dormers by removing shingles from them, and replacing those shingles with beautiful siding. The company representative was professional and quite informative, and the materials that he presented, and the quality of the estimate document were of high caliber. All the work is complete, and the crew finished this large job in just three days, all within a week of signing the contract. The day after completion, it rained and there were no leaks. I was pleasantly surprised the next day after the rain when a couple of crew members did a follow-up inspection. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to work with this company on future projects. Give them a call about your roofing and siding needs. They went above and beyond when I had any questions or concerns - always responding immediately and even repaired some venting that was previously installed incorrectly. The workers showed up on time every day and the job was completed in 3 days as scheduled with no issues. These windows totally matched the look of the house and capped of the final home renovation. The quality of the windows are outstanding and the installation was so professionally completed. Just had One Call Construction replace my roof. I was introduced to Sami by a friend. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I needed; he got me an estimate out quick. I set up an appointment to have it done and was extremely happy with the results. His crew was on time and professional. The clean-up was great. Thank you guys again.

Had a fire and reached out to One Call and a few others for quotes. One Call worked with me and provided more than any other quote I received. I worked with Thomas and he was always available to answer our questions and help with our changes. During the job, they cleaned every day and fixed all the rotted wood we had. The home looked brand new. Thomas again came by and did a walk-through, inspecting to make sure it was done right. Great customer service, quick response, and extremely dependable. Being a homeowner is nothing easy or cheap, there is always something to do in your house. Here is our story; we knew we had to do the roof sometime soon, but we didn’t expect to have to do it this soon! Thanks to Gabriel for stopping by our home to offer us the service of One Call Construction, we were able to change our roof. I needed a variety of work done at my house. The crew arrived on time and worked all day. They even stayed late one day to make sure the roofing part of the job was completed so that I wouldn’t have any leaks in my house if it rained overnight. They completed all the work professionally and on time. The management staff were also terrific. They explained everything and were always available to answer any questions or concerns.

I contacted them and they sent someone out the very next morning! The price was fair and the recommendations were spot on. The following day the workers showed up at 8am and on time. Replaced the siding and roof and sealed up the chimney and vents. The work was outstanding and the surrounding areas were left cleaner than it was. I love the color and style of my new roof. Our experience started with Gabe who stopped by and asked if we wanted someone to stop by and give us a quote on our roof. My wife is the one who interacted with him and spoke very highly of him. Next, we had Thomas stop by to do the estimate. What I really appreciated about Thomas was his honesty and the time he took to speak with my wife and me about the work we wanted done. We knew we needed a new roof, but we were also interested in new siding. Thomas explained that our siding wasn’t in bad condition and it wasn’t something we needed to replace at the moment and could hold off on it. That right there made me very comfortable with them because they didn’t just see dollar signs and a sucker.
We were given the quote and decided to proceed, but put ourselves on a waitlist because we didn’t need the work done immediately, until late September when we had a leak. My wife reached out to Thomas and within an hour or so we had a few workers here to tarp off where the leak was. Thomas reached out every step of the way letting us know when the material, dumpster, and crew were going to be here. They started on a Wednesday and were done that day, with a gentleman showing up Thursday to do some final touches.
The entire process was painless and they were the utmost professionals. They will be my first call when we do decide to replace the siding or have any work done, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done.

Had One Call do my roof and fix my chimney. A little pricey but the quality of work is excellent so I feel I got what I paid for. My salesman Thomas was great. He spent a lot of time out here between meeting my insurance adjuster and overseeing the actual work crew. At the end of the day, I could have gone with someone cheaper but I doubt the work would have come out as nice and a 50-year warranty on the roof makes it all worth it. Not to mention I felt Tom earned this job with all the running around he was doing. Overall extremely happy with One Call!

I used One Call for a roof replacement. Thomas, the project manager, was very responsive and explained everything in detail. I had a few minor things I wanted addressed after the roof was replaced and they were also done quickly. This is not a company that stops caring after they get your money. I got 3 estimates. One Call was somewhere in the middle but well worth not going with just the cheapest company.
The wait time to get started was just a couple of days, I had my roof completed a week after agreeing to the price. They paid careful attention to covering the house to protect against debris. Cleanup afterward was detailed and they ran a powerful magnet across the driveway and grass to ensure no nails were left behind.
If you are looking for a company that sticks to its word, works in a timely manner, and does quality work, this is your company!

I was referred to One Call by a mutual friend and I am so glad I was. After getting multiple prices from different roofers that I knew personally, I got a price from Sami and he beat all of them without even knowing me. He did excellent work in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to deal with.
